DIMEECH is an Independant Australian Rock Band featuring some of Australia's most talented and creative musicians. The band was founded in late 2004 by lead singer and songwriter Dimitra Politis who has lived both in Europe and Australia.The band has come a long way since joining and has now recorded an album soon to be released. A couple of years ago Dimeech released a single consisting of two songs "JUST LET GO" and "NEVER SHOULD'VE". Both tracks were recorded in South Australia and were warmly received by music lovers everywhere. The single made number 1 in the local scene for two consecutive months and sold out of the copies produced. The song also received national airplay on commercial and community radio.The Adelaide Advertiser reviewed the band and quoted "DIMEECH IS ON THE TRACK TO STARDOM", stating the band was onto something good. Since the success of the single, DIMEECH has been writing, recording and touring.DIMEECH has shared the stage with some of Australia?s biggest Rock Legends such as JIMMY BARNES, THE ANGELS, DEISEL, COTTON KEAYS and MORRIS.. Fitting recording sessions around so many gigs was always going to take a bit of time, but the band has finally done it.The time has come to release the first single ?SO PERFECT" from the up and coming album.DIMEECH has been blessed with having two highly talented producers in the band "Darren Mullan and Angelo Pashal" who's collaboration has allowed a vision to become a reality.
